Receptes en anglès del curs 3r d’ESO C

Els alumnes de 3C, per iniciativa pròpia, varen escriure per a l’assignatura d’Anglès de na Mercè Pagès unes receptes de cuina casolanes i després les varen fer a ca seva. La degustació va tenir lloc a la classe de Tutoria amb en Santiago Ferrero. Volem compartir amb vosaltres les fotografies i les receptes (el menjar no, perquè no va quedar res!)

Khadim Balde´s recipe:
“Bernier”. Ingredients:
-flour              -oil
-salt                -water
-sugar             -eggs
Mix the flour, the eggs, a little water and a pinch of salt. Make balls with this mixture. Then, fry the balls in a pan. Finally, cover the balls with sugar.

Erick Panta´s recipe:
“Tortilla”. Ingredients:
-flour             -water
-sugar            -salt
-cheese
Put flour into a bowl and then add water and cheese. Next, mix until you get a bit soft dough. After that, add
a bit of sugar and salt , you should put less salt than sugar. Finally, put the dough into the frying-pan little by little.

Verónica Ripoll´s recipe:
“Crème caramel”. Ingredients:
-milk               – 1 pack of crème caramel
-sugar             – caramel
Take half litre of milk, separate one mug of milk to mix the powder of the pack of crème caramel and stir.
Heat the rest of the milk with sugar (four or six spoonfuls). When it boils, pour the content of the mug and stir. When it thickens, take it out from the burner and pour it in a mould with caramel in it.

José Milton Llanos´recipe:
“Pizza”. Ingredients:
-dough         – tomato sauce
-cheese        -mushrooms
-ham             -oregano
Take the dough and put tomato sauce onto it. Then, put the mushrooms, ham , oregano and finally the cheese. Put the pizza into the oven for about twenty minutes.

Isabel Ferragut´s recipe:
“Chocolate cake” .Ingredients:
-chocolate yoghourt           -eggs
-milk                                      -sugar
-flour
Mix the flour and milk. Then add the eggs and the chocolate yoghourt. Pour it into a mould and place it into the oven for 30 minutes. Serve with sugar on the cake.

Juan Andrés Avilés recipe:
“Cake”. Ingredients:
-eggs                   -milk
-sugar                 -flour
-butter                -baking powder
Mix the flour and milk . Then add eggs, sugar and butter. Spread butter on the bottom and sides of the mould. Pour the mixture into the mould and put it into the oven for 30minutes. Serve with sugar on the cake.
